Past Fire Chief/Past President Jeff Eisenbrey was awared President Emeritus status at the regular January meeting. Jeff joined Cheswold in 1977 after serving several years with the Houston Fire Company. He held numerous offices and worked on several committees over the years. To be named President Emeritus in Cheswold, you must served 30 active years and hold an elected office for 15 of them. There have been very few members to attain this level. Life Member Paul "Fuzzy" Garrison was named the top fire responder for 2007 at this meeting as well. Paul has held this honor more times than he can count and often recalls only missing one alarm all year in 1968. Thank you both for your lengthy service and remember that we aren't done with either of you yet!
