Cheswold Participates in Special Training - Delaware State Fire School

Several members of Cheswold attended a training class on accidents involving large trucks. Crews worked hand in hand with tow truck operators to stabilize and lift big rigs so that any people trapped underneath them could be rescued. This is the second year this training has been held in conjunction with the Delaware Volunteer Fireman's Association annual conference. A few weeks after last year's class, Cheswold used this training to recover a victim that had been run over by a tractor trailer.
