Trailer Fire - Dinahs CornerThursday, July 2, 2015
Cheswold was alerted to a trailer fire in Dinah's Corner Mobile Home Park around 9 pm. Hartly was alerted to assist with a Tanker. Engine 43-2 arrived to find a single wide trailer with heavy fire in the rear and underneath. Hose lines were quickly stretched to extinguish the fire, but the home was a total loss. Crews battled extreme cold and wind during the fire.
Units on scene: Engine 43-2, 43-3, 43-4, 51-3, Tanker 51, Rescue 51, and B-43.
Leipsic covered Cheswolds station.
Fire Chief Brown had command.
