House Fire In Lakeshore WestThursday, July 2, 2015
Shortly after 1500 Hrs, Cheswold was dispatched to Lake Shore Village for a house fire. Upon arrival of 432, Chief Dempsey reported nothing evident from the exterior. Shortly after arrival, Deputy Chief Dempsey reported they had an active fire in the kitchen. 432's crew stretched a hand line while Command asked for the upgrade. 434 laid a supply line and assisted with overhaul. The incident was placed under control quickly and the upgrade was reduced to 43 units and 534 was rerouted to cover 43.
