Cheswold Participates in Press EventThursday, July 2, 2015
Firefighters from Cheswold, Dover, and Leipsic participated in a press conference at the Delaware State Fire School to announce their grant award from the Assistance to Firefighters Grant program (AFG). Several members brought out engine 43-3 under the direction of Chief Josh Dempsey. During the press conference the crew responded to a cardiac arrest call nearby. They made it back in time to demonstrate a fire attack and rescue at a simulated house fire.
