Cheswold played in the annual Seaford Fireman's Softball Tournament this past weekend.  After losing the first game against Bridgeville, the team won the next six games to take the lower division title.  Members of the Cheswold Fire Comany with some help from the Little Creek Fire Company made up the team.  We have not attended in about 15 years.  The Cheswold team racked up 130 runs in the six winning games and only allowed 61 runs against it.  Ken Trabalka was selected as the team MVP for his consistent effort throughout the tournament.  It was a tough choice because many of the team members had gone above and beyond on offense and defense.
